The Cherryland Community Center will provide space for community members of all ages to build social connections, participate in enriching cultural activities, develop life skills, and have fun. The 17,500 square foot Center will include three multi-purpose rooms for activities and classes, a reading/computer room with a satellite Alameda County library, and a large community room. The Center will be owned and constructed by the County in Cherryland, an unincorporated neighborhood in Hayward. The facility will be operated and maintained by the Hayward Area Recreation District (HARD).
