GSA Continues Construction on New Dublin Fire Training Center

Alameda County’s General Services Agency, or GSA, announces that construction is continuing on the new Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) Regional Training Center in Dublin.

The ACFD, an all-risk response agency, will train for emergency scenarios in this new center to better protect the citizens of Alameda. Under construction since last December, the facility will replace an existing 50-year-old site with a state-of-the-art training center to ensure the safety of first responders.

GSA helps plan, coordinate and manage taxpayer-funded facilities like fire departments, jails, and hospitals to serve the county’s 1.5 million people.
