Transfer & Reinstatement Opportunities
To be considered for a transfer you must, in addition to meeting the MQs of the position:
- Be a current and permanent County employee
- Hold a position equal to, or higher than, the position you are applying for (based on the top step of the salary range)
To be considered for a reinstatement, you must, in addition to meeting the MQs of the position::
- Have been a regularly appointed County employee who resigned in good standing
- Be seeking reinstatement into a position which is equal to or less in salary
- Be reinstated into a position within three years after the effective date of your resignation
